Fear
Fear can be a debilitating feeling. It can stop you from moving forward.
Overcoming fear can be quite hard; But sometimes going into the unknown can also be exciting. Step out of your comfort zone, and try something new.
Trust in Yahuah; When he is on your side there is no need to fear.
Yahuah did not give us the spirit of fear but of power, and love, and a sound mind. (2 Timothy 1:7)
Yahuah said that he will hold your right hand and say to you not to fear, because he will help you. (Isaiah 41:13)

Trust
Sometimes we pray about our plans and we then go ahead to do them without fully giving it to Yahuah.
On some occasions things work out, but without waiting on Yahuah things can go wrong.
This is because we don't really believe that he will answer our prayers.
Give your plans over to Yah.
Allow him to do his part trust in him, and believe that he will do it for you.

Dwelling on the past
Dwelling on past hurt can be damaging to your future self.
It will stop you from moving on. It can lead to anger, isolation, and even apathy or depression.
We can not change the past but we can change how we think about it for a more hopeful future. We need to renew our mind, and our thoughts about the past this may include forgiveness or acceptance which can help us to move on.

Thoughts
Have you ever questioned your thoughts? Ever wondered where did that thought come from?
If so you are right to question them, because not all of our thoughts are our own!
Don't believe me?
Well, have you ever had a thought that directed you to do something you wouldn't normally do; where the thought was so overwhelming that you had to do it?
Most of the time these thoughts are harmless, but
what about harmful intrusive thoughts? The thoughts people battle with, the thoughts that tell you to harm yourself or others or to speak negatively. These thoughts are described as imaginations. The Bible tells us to take these thoughts captive by recognising that these thoughts are not your own. DO NOT claim these thoughts as they are against the knowledge of Yahuah, meaning that they conflict with what Yah says about you. Take these thoughts to Yah in prayer and Yahusha will bring them into obedience, and set you free of them.

Confidence
Having confidence in God means that you fully trust him.
Having faith that he is true to his word, so we must not doubt.
We don't usually question our chair before we sit on it as we are confident that it will do it's job.
Why do we question God? Abraham had full confidence/faith in God if we read in Romans 4:20-21.
We are also recompensed/paid back greatly for having confidence in God.
If he said it he will do it, because he does not go back on his word. The basis of our confidence is our faith in God, because without faith we can not please him.

Value & Self Worth
Do you know your value? Have you ever considered your self-worth?
We often measure our value or our worth by what we do.
People gain confidence from how many likes they get or how many follows they have.
People value themselves based on their status, and how much money they earn.
Some people do not value themselves at all, and feel worth-less and de-valued based on their lack of achievement, toxic situations, bad relationships or not living up to their full potential.
This causes low-self esteem which creates a lack of confidence often questioning their place in the world.
God sees us very differently,
God places a high value on us, so much, so that he knows the number of hairs on our head. (Mathew 10:30). / (Luke 12:7)
He is concerned about our lives and he thinks about us all the time.(Jer 29:11)
He cares for us so much that he gave us his only son so that we can be reconciled back to him.

Rejection
We have all experienced rejection in our lives. It can be painful and can hurt more than a physical wound. When we are rejected we feel as if there is something wrong with us, it can create feelings of unworthiness, loneliness and isolation. We begin to question our abilities and believe what others say about us rather than believing in what we know about ourselves. People who reject others are often battling with their own issues and they project their opinions on to others to make themselves feel better.
The Bible tells us in Romans 8:31 What shall we then say to these things? If Yahuah be for us, who can be against us? We should focus on who Yahuah says we are.
Ephesians 2:10 says For we are his workmanship, created in Yahusha Ha'Mashiach unto good works which God has before ordained that we should walk in them.
We can be rejected from jobs or promotions because God has something better for us.
Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the thoughts I think toward you says Yahuah, thoughts of peace , and not of evil to give you an expected end.
When we are rejected by our family, Yah is always with us. Yah was with Leah when she was rejected by Jacob. She was the mother of Judah who through his line King David and King Yahusha Ha'Mashiach was born.
Yahuah will take away your feelings of rejection and make it into something great. When Joseph was rejected by his brothers and was thrown into a pit he was restored and became the right hand man to Pharaoh in Egypt. Yahusha was rejected by his own and he now sits on the Right hand of Yahusha. HalleluYah!
We must do our best to let go of the feelings of rejection and know that Yah can turn it around for our good.
Romans 8:28 And we know that ALL things work together for good to them that love Elohiym, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
Yahuah will bring you back to who he created you to be no matter what anyone says.

Grief
The word grief is too small to describe the wave of emotions you may feel when someone close to you dies.
Loss, separation, pain, sadness, anger, guilt, blame and anguish.
How do we heal from these feelings?
Where can we go to find solace?
What do we do?
Some people may find someone to talk to or take up a hobby or pick up a vice!
Whilst nothing can bring our loved one back, our aim is to find a way that can help us manage to live without them.
What ever we choose to do it should be something to enhance our lives, in our quest to find healing, peace and happiness.
