Everyone is entitled to be heard without the feeling of being judged. 

We offer a one 2 one service, for women to explore their thoughts and feelings. 

The sessions are client led, which means that you are free to speak about what ever you choose.

We invite creativity to facilitate easy communication, a safe space for growth.

We run community self-esteem workshops  for women and girls to build confidence.

We provide Supervision for Therapists, Social workers, Carers, Youth Leaders and other professionals in their practice. 

We work in partnership with DTMT Mental Health Music Therapy


We have worked with clients who have experienced the following issues: 

Anxiety, Anger Management, Bereavement, Coping Skills, Discrimination, Family Issues, Life Transitions, Peer Relationships, Personal Development, Racial Identity, Relationship Issues (not Couples), Self-Esteem, Self Identity, Spirituality, Stress, Trauma.

My mode of practice is Integrative, which means that I draw on various therapeutic models to tailor make my service to each individual, such as.​

  • Who do you work with?
    I work with Adult Women from the age of 18+ I work with Younger Girls and Women groups as part of community interventions. I work with men only in conjunction with Do The Mic Thing. I do Not work with couples or families. (If you would like to access therapists for those groups I recommend approaching BACP or BAATN directory.) Online: Clients can book online sessions. Face to Face: I provide face to face session in Ealing Broadway. If you are enquiring from a Community Service sessions will be face to face only.
  • Do you only work with women of colour?
    All races of women are welcome to have therapy at His Promises Counselling.
  • Where do I work?
    Online: Clients can booking one to one online sessions. Face to Face: Ealing Broadway. If you are enquiring from a community project sessions will be face to face only, at your community facility. I am based in the UK.

  • How do I start therapy with you?
    Counselling begins with a FREE 15 minute phone call consultation. This will be our introduction to one another, where we will find out what you are looking for and if this service would be able to support you. This will be an opportunity for you to ask questions about the service. We will be able gage how comfortable we feel after the call to decide if we will continue further.   • What should I expect from counselling with you?
    What happens next? After your FREE consultation, we will set a time for your assessment appointment, via zoom link. What does the assessment involve? Initial assessment This is where we can get more of a holistic overview of your requirements. We will speak about different aspects of your life, and how your issues are effecting you in those areas, physically mentally and spiritually. During this session we will discuss the counselling contract, and organising the best time for your sessions going forward. The Initial Assessment will be for 50/60 minutes. Counselling Sessions The sessions are client led, I work creatively and I will offer creative interventions and resources to facilitate the work. I sometimes give "homework" for you to practice outside the sessions. We will have a review of your sessions at the 6 week mark to see how you feel about the work we are doing; or if you will need to be referred to another service. I promote self care and positive practices for you to do at home. I will challenge you in order to provoke deep thought so you can embrace a greater sense of self which will inevitably enrich your life.
  • What is your schedule?
    I work with clients on a weekly or fortnightly basis. (Depending on your circumstances). I will do my best to accommodate your preferred time and date on a consistent basis. Your session will be 60 minutes online and (50 minutes face to face.- Community based) I offer sessions during the week on Monday - Evenings from 5:00pm - 6:00pm (Last booking from 6pm) Tuesday - Thursday from 10:00am - 6:00pm Friday - Morning/Afternoon from 10:00am - 12:30pm (I am flexible and would be happy to discuss).
  • How much does it cost?
    Consultation: FREE for 15 minutes Initial Assessment: £55 Counselling sessions: £65 Online £75 Face to Face (Currency equivalent if your are overseas.) Discounted fees: I offer a limited number of sessions to clients on a lower income on a sliding scale subject to verification. If you are 18 - 25 and are in full-time education I offer a lower rate for sessions subject to verification. You can pay for block bookings or you can pay as you go. Community Projects: Fees will be negotiated and mutually agreed.
  • Do you work with international clients?
    Yes I do work with International clients. Your must be fluent in English Subject to time difference as I am based in the UK.
  • Do you offer Supervision?
    I provide Supervision for Therapists, Social workers, Carers, Youth Leaders and other professionals in their practice. Please contact us to discuss.
